Mafra, Portugal — The historic town of Mafra recently hosted the fourth edition of the Mafra Dialogues, a collaborative initiative led by the International Dialogue Centre - KAICIID, IPDAL (Instituto para a Promoção da América Latina e Caraíbas) and local partners.
