A team from the International Dialogue Centre (KAICIID) and the Network for Religious and Traditional Peacemakers visited the Central African Republic in January to make final preparations for a meeting between representatives of different Muslim communities in the country, which is scheduled to take place in Vienna on 25 February.

The visit and the meeting are part of a long-term commitment that KAICIID and the Network – together with Finn Church Aid (FCA) – are making to promote dialogue and cooperation between the country’s various Muslim groups in order to help reduce violence and build a lasting peace in the country.
