Mohamed Arous is a dynamic expert in capacity building, research, and social development, with a passion for youth engagement. He has worked on game-changing projects with organisations like the World Bank, the British Council, and the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund. His experience spans across countries from Tunisia to the UK, tackling big issues like governance, migration, crisis management, interreligious and intercultural dialogue. Mohamed is currently Senior Capacity Building Officer at KAICIID.
Mohamed co-chaired the USIP Global Youth Advisory Council (2021-2023), bringing young voices to the table on global issues. With a background in business communications, crisis response, and international policy, he’s all about creating real impact.
