Dr. Ruetaitip Chansrakaeo is a lecturer at Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under Royal Patronage, Thailand. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Thammasat University and a Master of Arts in Political Science from the Institute of International Studies, Ramkhamhaeng University. She is completing her doctorate in Criminology, Justice, and Social Administration at Mahidol University, Thailand.

Her academic career began at Bangkokthonburi University, where she was the head of the public administration program. Her research interests include security policies, policing strategy, history of foreign settlement, constitution laws, and policy design. She is a member of the Southeast Asia Women Peacebuilders Network. In 2021, she founded Phaphanrat Publishing.
