Kpefio Mbana Passanguere Ludovic
Fr. Kpefio is a Catholic priest of the Archdiocese of Bangui, Central African Republic. Since 2011 he has been director of interreligious dialogue, and since 2018 director of peace and justice for the archdiocese, a commission which places particular emphasis on protecting and safeguarding children and vulnerable adults from sexual abuse and sexual exploitation.
In addition to his seminary studies he took a diploma in Islamic thought and interreligious dialogue at the Institut de Formation Islamo-chrétienne, in Bamako, Mali. He speaks French, Italian, English and Latin.
Fr. Kpefio is a canon of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Cathedral of Bangui; and has served in several capacities, in the parish of St. Jacques of Ketene; St. Francis of Assisi in Yap, Micronesia; Patron of Jeunesse Testudinate Chrétien (a Young Christians student association); and in 2014 was appointed by the Episcopal Conference of Central Africa as the National Director of Catholic Services and the director of the inter-diocesan Pastoral Centre of St John XXIII of Bangui.
