Emmanuel Kra is a pastor for the Seventh-day Adventist Church and director of public affairs and religious freedom at the Eastern Sahel Union Mission, which is headquartered in Togo and covers Benin, Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire, Niger and Togo. He has been involved in interreligious relations since 2002 when he was Secretary General of the Forum of Religious Confessions of Cote d'Ivoire which brought together Christian, Muslim, Buddhist and Baha'i denominations.

He firmly believes that interreligious dialogue is the real tool to bring peace in the world.
