Dr. Wejdan has a high diploma in empowering leaders in dialogue from the Al-Hiwar Training Academy at the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue. She also holds certification as a trainer in the diplomatic portfolio through the Salam Program for Civilizational Communication. Her doctorate degree is in diplomatic and political translation, specialising in resolving challenges in translating United Nations speeches and conferences. 

Having contributed her expertise at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Dr. Wejdan played a pivotal role in training the university's personnel, equipping them with proficiency in the language of diplomatic and religious dialogue, and fostering a culture of peace. With a wealth of diverse experiences spanning management, training, scholarships, development, project management, and training programme design, she boasts over 12 years of dedicated service in both government and private sectors.

Currently serving as a consultant and Director of Human Resources, Dr. Wejdan continues to leverage her extensive background to contribute meaningfully to organizational success.
