RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE HIGH-LEVEL ONLINE MEETING

The recommendations arise out of two interlinked online events on “Turning the Tide on Women’s Inequality: Transforming Challenges and Opportunities for Sustainable Economic Solutions for All” under the umbrella of the Women’s Voices webinar series. The participants of the collaborative online events put forward recommendations that highlight clear steps towards redressing dynamics that hinder progress on women’s empowerment by mobilisng the necessary resources to implement SDG 5. The “Women’s Voices” webinar and High-Level Online Meeting (HLOM) were coordinated with the support of International Partnership on Religion and Sustainable Development (PaRD) and its dedicated Workstream on Gender Equality and Empowerment.
