Connect2Dialogue: Introducing the new networking space for experts in interreligious dialogue

This webinar will introduce and demonstrate the newly launched platform Connect2Dialogue to existing and potential new members of the IRD community, to answer any questions you may have.

Connect2Dialogue offers an online safe space to dialogue.

Connect2Dialogue is a global, innovative flagship networking platform to raise awareness and connect members of the wider IRD community.

  • Unique to the ever-growing field of organizations and individuals working in the IRD.
  • Sustainable, as it presents an essential tool for interaction, dissemination of news, information and enables connection between their members.

The two main pillars of the IRD Online resources are the IRD Directory of international, regional and national organisations and “Who is Who in IRD” a directory of individuals from around the world focusing their work on interreligious and intercultural dialogue.

The two directories were initiated and developed with the aim to connect members of the global IRD field, encouraging individuals and organizations to collaborate and share knowledge and be successful in achieving their missions. Together they build a network which presents a great medium to support each other’s work and be used to provide a space for visibility of IRD initiatives worldwide.

The new digital space will continue to offer resources to the general public but will also offer special members-only features such as the ability to expand personal contacts both regionally and around the world, foster partnerships with others working on similar projects, exchange ideas and resources, and form interest groups. Additionally, members will have access to job boards and funding opportunities, as well as a shared calendar of interreligious dialogue events.

Membership is free and open to anyone working in dialogue; however, an application and verification process ensures the safety of members who may operate in sensitive areas of the world.

There will be two opportunities to join us:

- Monday 6th December at 5 PM CET or

- Wednesday 8th December at 10 AM CET - choose the date while registering-  registration required.
