Malminderjit Singh is a leader in public affairs communications and government relations, serving as the Managing Director of the Singapore office of the US-based stakeholder relations consultancy, Penta Group. He also chairs the Sikh Advisory Board, which advises the Singapore government on all matters concerning the Sikh community. Additionally, he is a member of Singapore’s National Steering Committee on Racial and Religious Harmony.

Malminderjit has authored several books and articles aimed at enhancing inter-faith understanding. He is deeply committed to societal contributions, evident from his roles as a Board of Visitor member to the Singapore Prisons and to Children and Young People's Homes. He co-founded The Birthday Collective, an initiative that provides a platform for emerging voices in Singapore to influence the country's future.

In 2022, Malminderjit was honoured with the Friends of MCCY Award by the Singapore Government for his significant contributions to interfaith and intra-faith dialogue. He also received the NTU Alumni Award for community leadership from his alma mater and participated as a delegate in the European Union Visitor Programme.
