Melina is a dedicated changemaker with a passion for fostering inclusive and sustainable communities. With a background in social entrepreneurship and community development, she has worked extensively to empower individuals and communities, focusing on creating spaces for active participation and collaboration. Melina's journey as a social entrepreneur led her to found Arborigen Coliving in Chile, a community-driven space promoting intercultural collaboration with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

Her professional experience includes project management in social innovation, community work, and public health policy in both Mexico and Chile. Melina is known for her commitment to intercultural collaboration, utilising various communication and integration techniques to facilitate group interventions. 

Currently, Melina serves as the Leader of the Spiritual Changemaker Initiative for Spanish speakers. In this role, she spearheads a transformative movement of changemakers who embody their spirituality, religion, and faith to inspire agency, wholeness, and innovative solutions for the challenges of today. 

She has a rich history of volunteering in organizations across Mexico, Chile, South Asia, focusing on education, health, interculturality, sustainability, and community development, particularly in Indigenous communities.
