Project Coordinator, FundaCecer, Venezuela 

Executive Secretary of the Interreligious Youth Cooperation, Venezuela

Gerardo currently works as Project Coordinator for a non-governmental organization in Venezuela, FundaCrecer in Venezuela) which runs a food security and education programme in response to the complex humanitarian crisis in the country. He is also Director of the Teaching Centre for Complementary Activities and Canteens (Centro Docente de Actividades Complementarias y Comedores), a faith and education initiative in the most vulnerable communities in his country, a project focused on development. He is the Field Coordinator for the Missio Dei International Network. Gerardo is also responsible for young people's engagement in inter-religious, ecumenical and inter-institutional relations of the Christian Reformed Church of Venezuela. He also currently serves as Executive Secretary of the Interreligious Youth Cooperation in Venezuela.

Gerardo trabaja actualmente como Coordinador de Proyectos en una ONG (FundaCrecer en Venezuela) que lleva adelante un programa de seguridad alimentaria y educación como respuesta a la crisis humanitaria compleja que atraviesa el país. Además, es Director del Centro Docente de Actividades Complementarias y Comedores una iniciativa de fe y educación en las comunidades más vulnerables en su país, proyecto centrado en el desarrollo. Es Coordinador de Campo de la Missio Dei International Network. Gerardo es el responsable juvenil de las relaciones interreligiosas, ecuménicas e interinstitucionales de la Iglesia Cristiana Reformada de Venezuela. Actualmente también funge como Secretario Ejecutivo de la Cooperación Juvenil Interreligiosa en Venezuela.
