Pbro. Jose Eduardo Rojas Sarubbi
Pbro. Jose Eduardo Rojas Sarubbi is a Catholic priest from the Diocese of Tlaxcala, Mexico. He studied philosophy at the Conciliar Seminary of Our Lady of Ocotlan, Mexico and Theology at the Regina Apostolorum Pontifical University in Italy. He volunteered in the Ecumenical Community of Taize, France, in 2014 and 2018. He currently collaborates in the Conference of the Mexican Episcopate (CEM), as Executive Secretary of the Episcopal Commission for Interreligious Dialogue and Communion (CEDIC). He is also Secretary of the International Ecumenical Fellowship (IEF) Latin America Region. He works in different initiatives of interreligious dialogue and ecumenism such as the World Interfaith Harmony Week and the Interreligious Prayer for Peace in Mexico. His aim is to use dialogue to break the stigmas of religious fanaticism that divides humanity.
