Guillermo Estrugo Nery is a business administrator, communicator and journalist. He has a postgraduate degree in Administration and Public Management from the Universidad Privada del Valle in Bolivia and a master's degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Barcelona, Spain. He is currently the International Communications Director for the Northeast South America area (Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela) of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is a member of the Inter American Press Association and vice president of the Interreligious Council of Peru, founder of Estrugo Producciones and former president of Milenio Comunicaciones (Radio Milenio FM and Red PAT television network in Cochabamba, Bolivia). He was also president of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Cochabamba, Bolivia (ASEMJOC). He is a scholar and defender of the rights of free expression and conscience.
