Cirilo Boloron and Elisabeth Palugyay met in 2019 through KAICIID’s International Fellows Programme, quickly bonding over their shared desire to support Vienna's influx of refugees and migrants. As part of the one-year training programme, KAICIID provides Fellows with small grants to implement initiatives which address real-world challenges and are tailored to the needs of their institutions and communities. Boloron and Plaugyay opted to hold dialogue workshops for local refugee youth, helping them navigate the integration process and adjust to their new home.
