We’re seeking dialogue practitioners from all over the world for the 2021 KAICIID International Fellows Programme.
What is the International Fellows Programme?
The one-year Fellows Programme brings together religious leaders, educators and interreligious dialogue practitioners from Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Muslim and other religious backgrounds from around the world for training in dialogue facilitation, intercultural communication and promoting social cohesion. Since 2015, nearly 350 Fellows from 65 countries have participated in the programme. After the programme, Fellows are skilled in dialogue facilitation, and are equipped to educate their students and communities about interreligious dialogue (IRD), as well as to become active peace advocates in their communities.

What will I learn?
The comprehensive programme equips Fellows with the dialogue skills needed to tackle real world challenges, and involve their institutions and communities through effective collaboration for change. Training modules target the precise skills the Fellows say they need most: such as education in peacebuilding and conflict transformation, project design and valuable knowledge on mobilising partners and resources. As part of their dialogue training, Fellows receive funding to implement grassroots interreligious dialogue projects in their own communities. After the programme, graduates become part of the Fellows Network where they have access to further professional development and funding.

We are looking for religious leaders, educators and interreligious dialogue practitioners who train/teach future religious leaders and have the courage, conviction and capacity to contribute to peace and social transformation around the world.
